The new management has completely re-organised the distillery and its structure, making substantial investments in the automated production processes.

This has made for significant improvements both as regards production and management thus granting us the great satisfaction of obtaining the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 on 28 June 2006 and the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 on 16 June 2009, which were issued by the quality certification institute; CERTIQUALITY.

All these investments were aimed at ensuring our customers’ satisfaction through a constantly improving service.
